How to make a Well:

Making a well for the ring scene has been the most challenging task this year. Many staff members were stumped by how The Ring act was going to be carried out. A solution was finally discovered.

These days underpinning for new trailers comes in many sizes and shapes. We purchased one sheet of rock underpinning and strapped it around a barrel. This created the effect we wanted for the well in The Ring act.
