First Staff Meeting :

Our first staff meeting for the Spook Trail 2004 was held on Saturday, October 9, 2004. After everyone got settled into the meeting room, ideas began to flow. Everyone was assigned a part in the Spook Trail after we walked through the entire trail.

Review of our Meeting:

• What is Being Scared?
  A sudden attack of Fear
• Staff Oath was signed by all of the team.
• All staff members now know their job in the Spook Trail.
• Tombstones were painted.
• Coffin was built. (see graveyard project)
• Staff was enlightened on projects and area map.

Next Meeting:

Our next Staff meeting is on Saturday, October 16, 2004 at 1:30pm. Try to make it to this meeting because it will be the bomb.

Staff Meeting 2 Events

• Everyone will be taking a look at their masks and cleaning them.
• All staff teams will have an Individual meeting with Director to discuss their acts.
• We will be making a dead body.
• We will be making a severed head.
• Pumpkin Carving. (Don't forget your pumpkin)

I am proud of everyone's participation in our last Staff Meeting. This year's Spook Trail is shaping out to be a great experience. A special thanks to all that attended the first staff meeting and for helping our cause to scare the bejesus out of people.
